The Bank’s aim is to run its business through effective processes and allow efficient and productivity of its people by availing technologies that are aligned to the new strategy. Many IT projects are planned to be carried out to avail systems that supports the Business, ensure security of the business, enhance communication and deliver excellent level of satisfaction to both internal and external stakeholders and provide value for money to the bank.

During the next three years, the bank plans to replace the current core system by a new system that is more robust, secured, customer oriented and with enhanced reporting and communication features.
