The Bank’s aim is to run its business through effective processes and allow efficiency and productivity of its people by availing technologies that are aligned to the new strategy. Many IT projects are planned to be carried out to avail systems that support the Business, ensure the security of the business, enhance communication and deliver an excellent level of satisfaction to both internal and external stakeholders and provide value for money to the bank.

During the last three years, the bank has replaced the current core system with a new system that is more robust, secured, customer-oriented, and with enhanced reporting and communication features.
